Daily Schedule
8:00-8:30: Arrival Time / Breakfast:
If you are on the early drop in list, breakfast will be served at this time. Free play is encouraged after
breakfast
8:30-9:00: Circle Time Activities:
There is a large assortment of toys for play. Story time, "Puppet plays", Group "talks" and Show and tell.
9:00-9:30: Preschool Curriculum:
Colours, Letters, Numbers, Weekly Theme Activities ect.
9:30-10:00: Morning Snack
10:00-11:00: Outdoor Play- (Weather permitting):
Winter hours vary, sled pulls, snow building
Summer- Play structure, Sand water table, Kiddie pool (when set up), Learn about nature ect.
11:00-12:30: Lunch/ Clean up
12:30-1:00: Wind-down / Beginning of nap time
1:00-3:00: Nap Time / Quiet Time:
Younger children do not have to sleep but are encouraged to rest on their cots/bed. Older children are given books, puzzles, games to play quietly.
3:00-4:00: Group Activities:
Arts & Crafts, Science Activities, Dramatic play, Group games, ect.
4:00-4:30: Snack Time
4:30-5:30: Free play / Pick up time
5:30-7:00: After care

Mission
My Mission is simple, I aim to provide a wholesome welcoming environment where children feel at home not trapped in some facility under fluorescent lighting.
Good food and even better friends, The Tot Spot welcomes all to come on an adventure and explore our world. Find comfort in your children feeling at home here. Safe, Secure and healthy. Being such a small group it gives me the opportunity to work with the children one on one. From help with walking or help with homework, I'm always available to lending a helping hand or ear even if my job is to just be a listener.

Elementary School Programs
Have an elementary school student that needs help with homework? No problem! I will do my very best to work with them and be a tutor, no extra charge. It's my job to help!

Daily After School Care
Do you need help after school? We have open spots right now! For part-time care. Any school age children are more than welcome to join us! I offer the same academic tutoring and homework help in the elementary program.

Learning really can be fun! In a stress-free environment where questions from curious little minds are answered with patience and grace. No child is left to felt excluded. There is a strict no bullying policy here, arguments are settled by encouraging the children to understand why the problem occurred in the first place to commit to finding a solution
